Boathouse: Small Boat Storage

 

Year-round small boat storage is another service offered to our membership annually. Members may store their small boats in the Boathouse for an annual fee.

If your are unable to access your boat, then our tender operator can be reached by radio, the radio is located on the outside of the building next to the tender office, or by cell phone at: (902) 476-6008. Tender operators can be reached seven days a week from 8am - 10pm so long as weather is permitting.

In order to regulate theft in the boathouse and closely monitor non-approved private boat use, we ask that all members and boat owners give written permission to those they wish to lend their boat to use. This way, our staff can confirm that permission has been given. Also, our tender operators will be confirming that members are in fact using their own boats by checking membership cards and matching sticker numbers before boats are removed from the boathouse. It is our goal to eliminate all theft and vandalism and we appreciate your assistance throughout this initiative.

All members with boathouse space are required to sign a waiver form, which is available at the Manager's office.
