Off Season Rentals

A member may rent the public area of the Clubhouse for a private function according  the Waegwoltic Limited Statutes and By-Laws, which reads as follows:

Facility Rental

                    On Application to the Manager, an individual /organization may have the clubhouse, if it is available, for private use between the first day of October and the thirty first day of May or the multipurpose building / patio for the months of May, June, September and October at the discretion of the Board and manager.  Payment of such charge must be received 10 days prior to the function and may be set from time to time by the Board.  The individual / organization given this privilege shall be responsible for any damage that may be done to Club property while it is being privately used.

Catering is provided by the Club's caterer, Triangle Catering. Private catering is not permitted. Melissa is the Food Services Manager and can be reached at 233-2949. The caterer is responsible for all food and beverage service at the Club.  The Clubhouse can hold up to 125 people, and the dining room has a capacity of 65.

Rental Fees:

Member                   $400.00

Non-Member            $600.00
